There is Annual Membership of $3,000. This can be paid as an initial payment of $1,050 or $525 for the first two months, followed by a monthly of $195 for the next 10 months, OR $2,700 up front and save $300.

PHYSICIAN RATE:

For each 30 minutes face-to-face time, Dr. Sandra will spend an additional 30-60 minutes preparing for your visit, reviewing labs, researching your case, fine-tuning your wellness plan, ordering and reviewing follow up studies and assessments.

Dr. Sandra Payment Options:

• Pay as you go face-to-face time with Dr. Sandra: $450 per 60 minutes

• Prepay for 3 hours of face-to-face time with Dr. Sandra ($425 per 60 minutes): $2,550

• Prepay for 6 hours of face-to-face time with Dr. Sandra ($400 per 60 minutes): $4,800

• Prepay for 10 hours of face-to-face time with Dr. Sandra ($350 per 60 minutes): $7,000

Certified Nutritionist Payment Options:

• Pay as you go time: $135 per hour

• Prepay for 2 hours of time ($125 per hour): $250

• Prepay for 4 hours of time ($115 per hour): $460

• Prepay for 6 hours of time ($105 per hour): $630​
